EdPhonez Media is where I pour the stuff that doesn’t quite fit anywhere else — lo-fi chill, AI ambient albums, ADHD-friendly journals, and dark, gothic print creations that ride somewhere between the absurd and the introspective.

What started as experimental journaling for my own ADHD brain turned into *The ADHD Task Dump*, a soft and approachable notebook that helped others too. Then came the darker contrast — elegant covers, moody vibes, Gustave Doré, and a nod to vintage engravings. I make what feels right. What helps. What looks cool.

You’ll also find AI-assisted music here — ambient albums, future garage, chillstep — soundtracks for focus, wandering thoughts, or late-night rabbit holes.

All of this is fueled by curiosity, a love of atmosphere, and the need to *make something* when the noise of life gets too loud.
